Mescalito Film is an independent production and distribution film company founded in 2011 aiming of creating and promoting high-quality and cultural interest film.
The idea came up from his founder Giorgio Beltrame, former Italian Lawyer, after a Master Degree in Film Art Management that provided him advanced training for the developing, financing and creating audio-visual products. Combining technical and artistic knowledge with specific managerial skills, he gathers together a team of talented and experienced people able to assist Mescalito Film in creating any type of audio-visual products with artistic and technical high-level standards.
In the last years, Mescalito Film has produced features, short films and documentaries acknowledged of Cultural Interest by Italian Ministry for Cultural Heritage including lastly feature film The Hero starring Salvatore Esposito, known for BAFTA-nominated Gomorra Tv Serie. Through the years, Mescalito Film also released many internationally awarded documentaries, including Oscar®-nominated The Cave by Feras Fayyad and BAFTA-nominated They Shall Not Grow Old by Peter Jackson.
